Thanks for getting to know me! I am Dr. Lindsay Shaw Cadmus, Ph.D., ABPP, a board certified clinical neuropsychologist and a board certified subspecialist in pediatric clinical neuropsychology.
I have experience in assessing children, adolescents, and young adults with a wide range of neurodevelopmental (such as AD/HD, learning disorders, and autism) and medical conditions.
I earned my Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with specialized training in neuropsychology. I completed a lifespan neuropsychology internship at the University of Florida and a pediatric neuropsychology fellowship through Texas Children’s Hospital, Baylor College of Medicine.
I worked as a pediatric neuropsychologist at Arnold Palmer Hospital from 2013-2022, working as division chief from 2019-2022. I then worked as a neuropsychologist at Nemours Children's Health from 2022-2023. I transitioned to private practice to devote time to raising my daughter.
I has vast experience in neuropsychological, psychoeducational, developmental, and autism assessment. I also has intensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy and parent management support for children with AD/HD. Before getting my doctorate, I worked as an associate behavior analyst in both group home and private settings for individuals with autism and related neurodevelopmental conditions. I also worked for 1 year as a special education teacher at a local charter school.
In my free time, I enjoys outdoor activities and traveling with her husband and daughter. My daughter has a spicy temperament, an active imagination, and an inherent need for movement that keeps me on my toes!
